Back to Culture Program
Placement duration: 2 to 12 weeks
Brahminy maintains its cultural heritage and responsibility to promote “Cultural Harmony” and the learning of the culture.
Young indigenous peoplewho are involved with the Juvenile Justice System or who are living under the care of the State’s/Territories welfare system(many under the care of the Minister), may have limited exposure to their culture.
Brahminy have not only the cultural experience to offer the young person but also have a clear understanding of care and the obligation that comes with it.
The Back to Culture program is open to all young Australians to promote cultural harmony.
